These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Combined Skills Training Association. By accessing this website, enrolling in any course, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Course Enrolment

All course enrolments are subject to availability and confirmation. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Students must meet all eligibility and prerequisite requirements before attending any course. Combined Skills reserves the right to refuse enrolment if requirements are not met.

2. Payments and Fees

Full payment of course fees must be completed prior to the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your enrolment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled course start date will incur the full course fee and are non-refundable. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email and are subject to approval. Combined Skills reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Attendance and Participation

Students are required to attend all scheduled training sessions and actively participate in both theoretical and practical components. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in non-completion of the course and withholding of certification.

5. Certification

Certificates of completion or attainment will be issued electronically within three (3) business days after successful completion of all assessments and course requirements. Certification is only provided upon satisfactory performance and compliance with course standards.

6. Student Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety procedures and training guidelines
• Maintain professional conduct during training sessions
• Respect trainers, staff, and fellow participants
• Complete all assessments and course requirements

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided during training are the intellectual property of Combined Skills Training Association. These materials must not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared without prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Combined Skills is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Combined Skills Training Association shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, services, or participation in training courses. Students participate in practical training at their own risk, subject to applicable safety regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
